Julia leaves four comments in Rounds: a new cover line, a smoked-oak photo, a new price and a corrected seat height. The designer asks Claude once. Claude makes all four changes in the Affinity file, exports the PDF, publishes round 2 in Rounds and replies to each comment. Julia sees round 2 with every comment marked as fixed.
What the assistant can do
See every round
Lists your documents and rounds and tells you what changed between them.
Read comments in place
Reads each comment with its spot on the page, the page image and the text.
Reply and keep track
Replies to your client and marks comments as in progress or applied.
Publish the next round
Uploads the new PDF and publishes it once you confirm.
How to connect
You need a Rounds account. Pick the tool you use.
- In Claude, open Customize > Connectors and click Add custom connector.
- Enter the name Rounds and paste the server address.
https://rounds.page/api/mcp - Click Add, then Connect. Sign in to Rounds and choose the access level.
On the Free plan you can add one custom connector. On Team and Enterprise plans an Owner adds the connector in Organization settings > Connectors, then everyone connects with their own account.
Then ask in a chat, for example: “Show new comments in my Rounds documents”.
You stay in control
- When you connect, you choose the access level: read only, or read and write.
- The assistant doesn't publish or change anything unless you ask, and publishing a round always waits for your confirmation.
- Client comments reach the assistant as content to read, never as instructions.
- You can disconnect at any time in settings. Changing your password disconnects all apps at once.
